Services offered by TC Computers TC Computers Believes in offering high-quality, professional services to our customers. We are the only CompTIA A+ Authorized Service Center in Josephine County. (Not from around here, you may search CompTIA's site to look for an authorized provider in your area.) We provide service to our local customers either in the shop or at your home or place of business within Josephine and Jackson Counties. We will troubleshoot problems, repair systems and perform upgrades or installations of computer systems. In Shop Service Rates*Quick diagnosis and troubleshooting in the shop is $45.00 The hourly shop rate for service work is $65.00 Computer system hardware cleaning is $35.00 Service Call Rate*The hourly rate for service calls is $75.00 Service calls must be pre-scheduled unless you are covered by a service contract through us in order to prevent an additional $100 charge for same-day service.
